How Your Acrylic is Made
Can I change the design or text after ordering?
No. Your print is made exactly as shown in your preview, including the boat name, sail numbers and any text, which our AI copies from your photo and can't edit. Please check every detail before ordering. Not happy with the preview? Create a new one with a different photo, it's free.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit side view with the whole boat in the frame and the name and numbers easy to read. Avoid shadows, filters, and people or other boats overlapping yours. JPG, PNG, WebP or AVIF, up to 10MB.
Is the preview free, and how long does it take?
Yes, no card needed. Your design is ready in about 55 seconds. We'll email you a copy, and the link stays active for 7 days, so you can decide later.
What is it made of, and is there a warranty?
5mm premium acrylic glass with a full-colour UV print, laser-cut to the exact shape of your boat. Bright, glossy and fade-resistant, with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including yellowing.
How do I hang and care for it?
It arrives ready to hang, with mounting hardware fitted to the back. To clean, wipe gently with a soft microfibre cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid alcohol, ammonia-based glass cleaners and abrasive products.
How long will it take to arrive?
Each print is made to order in our workshop in Lithuania. Production takes about 12-25 business days. Delivery then takes 3-7 business days in the EU, 4-8 to the US & Canada, 5-9 to Australia and 6-12 elsewhere.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo/video of the damage and the packaging, and we'll make and ship a replacement at no cost to you, including any customs and handling.
