FAQ
How does a gift card work?
Choose an amount, and we'll email the gift card with simple redemption instructions. The recipient enters the code at checkout — no expiry, no fees.
What if I don't know which boat they own?
That's exactly what a gift card is for. Let them choose their own design, size, and product once they receive it.
Can I have it delivered on a specific date?
Yes. At checkout you can add the recipient's email, a personal message, and choose when it's sent — perfect for birthdays or holidays.
How long does delivery take if I order a physical piece?
Existing designs ship in 4-8 business days; custom pieces take a little longer for the design step. For a guaranteed gift on time, a gift card is instant.
Can I return a gift?
Existing-design pieces can be returned within 14 days. Custom pieces are made to order, so they can't be returned — a gift card avoids this entirely, since they pick exactly what they want.

Really nice to have a metal frame picture of my own boat. The boat is a Hunter 280.
You were so easy to work with, and the entire process was simple and fast. It turned out even better than we expected. Thank you Ocean Silhouettes.

Everyone notices and loves it. I ordered one for friends who just got a new boat. They are thrilled.
From ordering until receiving the ordered items it took only 3 weeks (ordered with 14.95 € for prioritized production...because we were so curious...). Perfect communication entire time....and finished product is simply amazing and eorth every single cent!

I love the simple details you took from my photo I submitted. We live on a lake & we displayed it right in the entry to our home. It looks fantastic.
We love it & it did not take very long to get
Gave to my father for his birthday and for Father’s Day and he loved it

Great workmanship! I got exactly what I expected. Support leading up to placing my order was extremely helpful, delivery was great. Would highly recommend Ocean Silhouettes.
Superb from start to finish!! The design time was a long winded process but other than that, couldn’t fault it :)
It's really beautiful, we hang it in the restaurant, looks stunning
Loving my collection so far. Want to eventually fill the wall with shiloutes Thank you
Found their service efficient and easy to deal with !!! Order was delayed slightly due to address not being g 100% correct but that is no reflection on the service and product It was purchased for my husbands birthday and he loved it
Fantastic and great gift idea for the boating family
We love these silhouettes so much we now have 4 of them! Three are boats that we have owned...and the 4th, which is absolutely beautiful, is an historic tall ship that we have sailed on several times. Bottom line, more orders are coming! How can we not now give them as gifts to our family members who also love these boats.
So awesome great gift

The wall was missing my dream boat 😊
